A dynamic, highly organised and experienced practitioner is required for the role of Director of Studies to lead on the key areas of assessment, reporting and timetabling from September 2023. 

The Director of Studies will support the Deputy Head (Academic), as part of the Senior Management Team, in ensuring that the academic systems in our school are effective, efficient and deliver our curriculum vision and objectives. The role will involve close liaison with the Examinations department, ensuring that all internal and public examinations are run efficiently and in line with internal protocols and JCQ regulations.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational and interpersonal skills. Successful execution of the role involves the ability to work well under pressure and form strong and productive professional relationships. 

This position attracts a significant reduction in terms of lesson allowance and we expect the successful candidate to contribute wholeheartedly to the high personal and professional expectations we have for all members of the school community.
