We are seeking an ambitious, inspirational and energetic Senior Leader to join our forward-thinking and innovative Senior Leadership Team. Our successful candidate will have a track record of outstanding teaching and experience in a similar role. The Teaching and Learning vision is key to our success as a School and drives both our vision and strategic plan. You will be committed to, and passionate about, delivering excellent teaching and learning outcomes for all students.
Working in a professional, welcoming and caring environment, you will support the professional development of your colleagues and maintain and grow our excellent teaching provision. You will be instrumental in defining our approach to teaching, learning and curriculum development, instilling a lifelong love of learning for our students and inspiring our teachers.
As well as a genuine passion for excellence in academic and pastoral care, and inspired by our School’s ethos, all our SLT staff are expected to contribute to our outstanding variety of co-curricular activities and to the ongoing leadership of the School.
