Job overview
We are seeking to appoint a well-qualified and outstanding middle manager as Director of the Senior College. This is a crucial position of responsibility: the person appointed will have responsibility for the academic progress and pastoral welfare of our sixth form students, liaising closely with the Senior Leadership Team and teaching staff on an ongoing basis. The post holder will lead on all higher education applications and will also be expected to oversee the Senior College PSHE programme, interview prospective applicants and speak at public events such as Open Evenings.
