Bryanston currently has a superb opportunity for an exceptional and professional Executive Assistant to support the Chief Operating Officer in the future development of the School and in the role as Clerk to the Governors. This is a pivotal role which includes diary management, prioritisation of work, managing all internal and external correspondence, and note taking for Governors’ and other key meetings.

The successful candidate is likely to have a proven track record as a senior EA/PA with experience of managing, and thriving on, multiple priorities in a busy and demanding environment. Ideally you will have some formal secretarial training and strong office system knowledge. You will be a competent IT user with a particularly good working knowledge of Word & Excel.  Experience of some project management and using a Mac is desirable. Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship management skills with a diverse set of stakeholders are essential as are a strong attention to detail, a high level of personal organisation, an exceptional command of English and the self-confidence to work autonomously using your own initiative but also as part of a highly supportive team.

This is a full-time, year-round position, which may require flexibility for evening and weekend working when required.  Bryanston offers a competitive remuneration package including private medical insurance and a fantastic working environment for the right candidate.
