Tes are currently working on behalf of a small, friendly primary school in Saudi Arabia. They are seeking a talented EAL teacher to join their welcoming team from August 2020.
Based in the Eastern Province in the coastal city of Dhahran, a short drive across the bridge to Bahrain where there is a more cosmopolitan scene, the school opened in 2018 as a British curriculum intentional school. They are part of a successful group of schools, meaning excellent support from the group but also the chance to make your mark in a growing school.
They are a friendly, diverse primary school for ex-pat and local pupils, with around one-third being Saudi national pupils and two-thirds from a variety of other linguistic and cultural backgrounds. It is a lovely school in which to work: very small class sizes, excellent opportunities for progression and friendly, approachable leadership.
To apply for this position you must have QTS and a strong background in teaching EAL learners of a primary age, as well as a native level of English.
