St. Ursula’s E-ACT Academy is seeking to appoint an EYFS Class Teacher who is or aspires to be outstanding, to work Wednesday to Friday on a 0.6 part-time basis starting 3rd January 2018.

St Ursula’s moved into a purpose built brand new building located behind the former school site in November 2016. At present, our pupil numbers are at 550 but we are expecting this to increase to 630 primary aged children by September 2018.
The post of an EYFS Class Teacher provides an exciting opportunity for a primary practitioner to work in an innovative setting developing an Academy where there is commitment to ensure an outstanding learning environment.
The Role:
We need exceptional people with determination, focus and a capacity for innovation and transformation necessary to help create a high attaining learning community within the Academy.
The EYFS Class Teacher will inspire pupils, staff and parents to help to establish an exceptional learning environment and help transform the lives of the whole community.
The priorities will be to:
• Ensure high quality learning so that all pupils make progress
• Maintain a stimulating, supportive and challenging learning environment
• Develop positive relationships with parents
• Ensure that the quality of learning and teaching in the Academy is of the highest possible standard.
