About the Role:

As our Early Years Foundation Lead, you will play a pivotal role in leading, directing, and managing the sustained improvement of our Foundation Stage, including our 2 year old and Pre-school nurseries. You will drive continuous improvement and staff development in Early Years Foundation Stage policies and practices. Your responsibilities will include ensuring high-quality teaching and learning, monitoring curriculum planning, providing feedback, and supporting colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development of high-quality teaching and learning in the Early Years Foundation Stage.

Stay updated on teaching, learning, and school improvement developments.

Contribute to formulating aims, objectives, and policies for the Foundation Stage.

Share good practices and facilitate dialogue among staff.

Ensure compliance with Early Years Foundation Stage requirements.

Provide support for pupil groups based on assessment data.

Monitor and evaluate the impact of policies and practices.

Collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team and Head Teacher.
