Early Years Leader

Applications are invited for the role of Early Years Leader at Ruspini House.

Our aim at Ruspini House is to encourage curious, persistent, independent learners that confidently seek out new experiences. We recognise each individual child’s interests and talents and provide a stimulating learning environment with a wide range of enrichment opportunities to reflect them.
You will be responsible for one of the pre-school classrooms and have overall responsibility for the implementation of the Early Years Foundation Stage, as well as well as supervision of staff within that room. In addition you will be required to help co-ordinate and be part of the Early Club, Late Club and Holiday Camps. The position is for 20 hours per week over 2.5 days, 49 weeks per year pro rata. Graduate or EYTS preferable. A minimum level 3 OFSTED full and relevant Early Years qualification will be considered depending on experience. SENCO experience would be desirable.
Salary - R9 (£10.54 per hour) to R15 (£12.30 per hour), depending on qualifications and experience.
