ABC Teachers are working with a large primary school in Acocks Green area to recruit a full time reception teacher from October half term. The role will require someone who can plan and deliver a creative and engaging curriculum for a minimum of 1 full term. 

The school is a continually improving school which is part of a rich and diverse area of Birmingham and ensures children of all abilities and backgrounds are catered for. The school has a hard working team of staff and teachers who strive to ensure each pupil has a secure and safe environment to thrive and grow on a daily basis. 

The Head is looking to recruit a creative and approachable teacher who can engage with all pupils and show devotion towards pupil development. You will be a forward thinking and passionate teacher with excellent working knowledge of the Early Years curriculum. 

What to do next:

To be considered for this position you will be required to attend a face to face registration and hold an enhanced DBS check in Child Workforce. You will need to pay for this upfront, but once you are fully registered, have uploaded this onto the Update Service and have worked 1 full day with us then we will reimburse you the cost.  At the registration we will discuss in more detail the work that you are looking for, your experience to date, and also how we are going to work best for you. 

We will need to gain references to cover the last 2 years, and a minimum of 2 references must be a school based. Our compliance team have a rigorous safeguarding and clearance process and this is how we know we are working with the best possible team of staff to employ in our schools.
