Job overview
This post is an excellent opportunity to work in a strong Early Years setting, alongside experienced and dedicated practitioners. Since our last Ofsted inspection, our school’s Early Years setting has undergone a transformation, which has seen the creation of a school Nursery and a greater focus on outdoor learning.
We are now looking for an outstanding EYFS Teaching Assistant (who holds an NVQ level 3 or equivalent qualification and preferably has experience of working in a school setting) to join our Early Years Team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the class teacher to deliver great teaching and learning. There will also be the opportunity to contribute to planning, lead the whole class, support small groups and work with individual pupils. It is essential that candidates have energy, passion, initiative and humility to enable us to provide outstanding all-round outcomes for our children.
If you are a team player, approach all aspects of school life with a positive and optimistic attitude and are fully committed to achieving the goals and vision of the school, please apply.
The school can offer you:
- Generous opportunities for CPD
- Fully committed and supportive colleagues
- A calm, welcoming culture and positive environment to work in
