Vision for Education are recruiting for a number of Early Years (EYFS) Teaching Assistants (TA) or Nursery Nurses (NN) to join our supply register. We are seeking engaging and resourceful individuals with a thorough understanding of the EY Framework, who can hit the ground running in busy classroom environments.

The successful Early Years (EYFS) Teaching Assistants (TA) will be expected to work across a variety of settings, providing either day to day or longer term cover. They will carry out general Teaching Assistant (TA) duties, as well as having the opportunity to work in 1 to 1 and mainstream SEND environments. As a Early Years (EYFS) Teaching Assistant (TA) you must:

  • Be committed to achieving high standards
  • Support the values and aims of the school
  • Encourage children’s learning and ensure progression
  • Be able to build rapport with the children and be someone they can rely on
  • Be willing to work as part of a team
