This is an exciting opportunity to teach two successful and popular subject choices at one of the country’s leading girls’ schools.
As a Teacher of Economics and Politics, you will contribute to providing an excellent education for many of our bright girls who are studying Economics and Politics at A Level.
If you are a well-qualified graduate in Economics and/or Politics or a related discipline with the ability to teach at A level and beyond we would be delighted to hear from you. (We also welcome NQT applications).
Economics and Politics at Wimbledon High School:
Economics is taught as a sixth form subject at Wimbledon High School and has grown rapidly over the last few years. Traditionally, results have been good and students very much enjoy the subject.
In the Politics Department at Wimbledon High School, we strive to engage our highly able students intellectually by balancing academic rigour with a fun and varied approach to teaching.
