Our dedicated, knowledgeable team of onsite therapists are part of each student’s every day life - at home, at school and during leisure activities - which guarantees that each individual makes progress.

A place at Acorn Park Autism School ensures that a young person’s life becomes worthwhile, however mild or profound their autism. Our wraparound care and teaching approach enhances our children’s lives, making them as independent as they are able to be, and having a positive impact on the whole family.

Our classrooms - in different buildings across our site - are well resourced with small class sizes and a personalised curriculum. Our experienced autism-specific approach means that every young person’s learning needs, communication requirements and social skills are met. Their lives are enhanced significantly.

Our living arrangements are welcoming, modern and homely; offering well equipped facilities and numerous after-school activities. As well as our boarding houses, we have a community of small houses for teenagers and young adults who are able to live semi-independently.

The layout of Acorn Park means our pupils can walk safely to and from school, can enjoy our adventure playgrounds, outdoor space & the multi sensory play barn. We enjoy frequent trips to local villages & the zoo, and regularly enjoy activities around Thetford Forest and at the seaside towns around East Anglia.
