Job overview
Due to our continued success I'm pleased to announce that the Vision For Education Sheffield Branch is looking to expand, and is therefore seeking a new Education Recruitment Consultant.
Vision for Education, part of the TES group, is known for its commitment to quality and its ethical approach to staffing schools. Our continued success is dependent on the passion and commitment of our staff; people who are prepared to go the extra mile to ensure the long-term well-being of schools and teachers alike. Does that sound like you?
An ideal opportunity for an experienced Education consultant or Educational specialist, we are looking for a person who can use creative thinking, their own initiative and interpersonal skills to good effect. It's a challenging role and applicants must be prepared to be all things at once - a team player but an individual, self-motivated and confident but patient and understanding, great at talking and even better at listening. That's what makes a Vision Consultant special.
As a company, Vision for Education offers a variety of CPD courses to our candidates, As many as possible are delivered 'in house', and Vision SEND Consultants are encouraged to become trainers of subjects in which they have most experience.
Ideally we are looking for someone with Education Recruitment Consultant experience, but as a minimum you must have had relevant sales experience. The ideal person will be:
* highly driven
* enthusiastic
* committed
* a great team player
* have excellent inter-personal skills.
In return you can expect a highly competitive basic salary, commission structure, opportunities for progression, and the opportunity to work for a market leading company who truly look after their employees.
Please apply to Laura Wilkinson, Branch manager.
Email a CV and cover letter to laura.wilkinson@visionforeducation.co.uk
All applications received will be treated with the strictest confidence.
