Job overview
We are looking for an exceptional support assistant with a specific interest in pastoral care to join our team. You will be expected to work full time, term time only. You should be enthusiastic, self-motivated, demonstrate enthusiasm, drive and have the ability to work as part of a team and make use of your own initiative when appropriate.
- To work in partnership with the Deputy Principal Pastoral, concerning the educational, emotionaland social needs/wellbeing of a named children.
- To work with the children in a planned way.
- To manage and review education plans and communicate with parents on a regular basis.
- To maintain notes and observations/other records, as directed, concerning the named children.
