From September 2018 we wish to appoint to this 11-19 multi-cultural school specialising in the Sciences and Sport, a highly motivated, ambitious and dynamic English NQT who has a passion for working with young people and are committed to making a difference to their future.

Featherstone High School is a mixed and multi-cultural comprehensive school for pupils between the ages of 11 and 19 situated in the London Borough of Ealing specialising in the Sciences and Sport. The school gained Academy status in December 2011.

Featherstone is a friendly school that values teamwork and high achievement in all areas of our work with young people. We offer all teachers excellent support and place a very strong emphasis on continued professional development. The school has the Investors in People accreditation. As such we offer in-service training of the highest quality. The school can also boast superb Sports and ICT facilities as well as a £10 million Sixth Form building.

Her Majesty’s Inspector (HMI) I stated “The students are friendly, welcoming and open, their behaviour is impressive and their excellent attendance shows how much they enjoy school. Relationships between students and staff are warm and supportive. The school is very much part of the local community.”
