Vision for Education are supporting an 11 - 16 school in Doncaster with their requirement to recruit a Permanent Teacher of English. The school are looking for an educational professional who is adept in English Language, and English Literature to GCSE Level. Being an 11 – 16 School, the highest level of English delivery will be GCSE, however the candidate must hold the ability to ensure high quality provision across both principles of Literature and Language to GCSE. 

The Role

This is a permanent role that we are working on behalf of the school to recruit for. The role will start in September 2021 and be a full time timetable across 5 days per week. The department is a cohesive and immersive environment, where teachers are encouraged to be creative with their lesson planning, have a willingness to source and adapt their own lesson resources and provide engaging lessons in both English Language, and English Literature across KS3 and KS4.

Requirements 

To be considered for the position of English Teacher, you will: 

• Hold QTS and have experience teaching English Language and Literature to GCSE.

• Have experience teaching within a Secondary school or college setting.

• Have a genuine desire to become part of a committed team of Educational professionals. 

• Have a passion for teaching with the ability to plan and deliver inspiring lessons.
