Job overview

New Anglia Local Enterprise Partnership works with businesses, education and local authority partners to drive growth and enterprise in Norfolk and Suffolk.

We secure public and private investment to deliver a range of programmes and initiatives with partners to improve infrastructure, skills and business support.

Reporting to the Enterprise Adviser Network and Hub Manager, you'll help schools and colleges improve their careers education programmes by recruiting secondary schools and colleges across Norfolk and Suffolk into the Enterprise Adviser Network. 

As Enterprise Coordinator, you will match each school and college with at least one employer who is recruited as an Enterprise Adviser, giving them the necessary support to achieve the Gatsby Benchmarks. 

We're looking for someone with a good understanding of the education sector or current careers landscape, coupled with experience of effective partnership building and stakeholder collaboration. 

If successful, you will cover up to 20 schools and colleges in Norfolk and will be required travel across Norfolk and Suffolk.
