An excellent opportunity to join a dedicated and supportive teaching team has arisen at Treloar College. We are seeking to appoint an exceptional teacher to teach and facilitate learning with a group of students working at Entry level who have extremely complex physical, medical, sensory and learning needs. The position involves working as a member of a well-established multi-disciplinary team to set trans-disciplinary goals, delivering high quality learning to students, enabling them to achieve their full potential.

Responsibilities include acting as a personal tutor; attending the multi-disciplinary team meetings, setting targets, completing Individual Learning Plans, monitoring achievement and reporting in Annual Reviews.

Good general education, including English and Maths at Grade C or above, a teaching qualification and an SEN qualification (or a commitment to achieve) this is essential.
