Estates Administrator

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and organised fulltime Administration Assistant to provide excellent support across the function.  This position is predominantly based at our Senior School, near Loddon.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our Estates team during a period of exciting growth and change.  We are looking for a confident team player with a friendly approach and 'can-do' attitude.  As a team, we are proactive, professional, calm and confident with an organised outlook and hardworking attitude.  We are looking for a customer-focussed colleague ready to deliver an exceptional service.

* provide excellent administrative support across the Estates & Operations function

* use initiative as appropriate and ensure robust maintenance of all relevant documentation and associated tasks

* be a self-starter, able to suggest and introduce practices, which aid efficiency and clarity of processes and procedures

* a flexible and pragmatic problem solver, with a 'can-do' attitude and able to work under pressure

This is a varied and active role because in addition to the main responsibilities, the post holder may on occasion support the Admin function with anything from setting up meeting rooms, to postal and reception duties.

The successful candidate will be a pro-active, experienced Administrator, with strong organisation and administrative skills and a confident user of MS Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel.
