Job overview

The School is seeking an Estates Director to join the School’s Leadership Team. The Estates Director leads the strategic planning and delivery of the School’s major capital projects and Masterplan. They will also be responsible for the management, maintenance, repair and improvement of all School properties and grounds. 

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing development projects including refurbishment and new build schemes as well as a good knowledge of health and safety. Applicants must have excellent communication and IT skills and proven experience of managing staff and external contractors. The ability to operate successfully at a senior level with a diverse range of stakeholders is essential. 

Experience of working in or with the education sector is advantageous although not essential. It is expected that candidates will possess a relevant professional qualification.
