An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Estates Manager to assume full responsibility for the maintenance and strategic development of the School buildings and grounds as well as day-to-day operational management of the site.
Reporting to the Bursar and working closely with other Department Managers, the Estates Manager will manage a complex property portfolio and lead teams from a range of professions to ensure the delivery of an effective programme of maintenance and provide a high level of service to the School in terms of organisation, planning and quality of work.
The successful candidate will be commercially astute and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise assertively and tactfully with others. You should be highly organised, output driven and delivery focused with the ability to work under pressure and delegate as required in order to meet deadlines and targets.
