We are looking for a highly motivated and energised individual to lead our experienced Estates Team taking responsibility for the upkeep and presentation of over 25 acres of glorious school grounds including buildings, sports grounds and outdoor play areas. The role requires hands-on maintenance as well as managerial, project and financial planning tasks. Qualifications in one or more skill relevant to the role (eg carpentry, electrics or plumbing) would be an advantage.
The role is a full time, 52 weeks per year, position working 8.00am until 5pm each day. The successful candidate will work across the Hazelwood School and Nursery sites.
As Estates Manager, you will be expected to lead with passion and commitment, ensure that first impressions are always excellent and that all property regulations are fully met.
