We are looking to hire an English and French-speaking Events and Communications Officer. 

Job description 

As a member of the Communications & Development team, the Events & Communications Officer will contribute to the organization and logistics of events for both the School and the Fondation Jeannine Manuel.

 Main duties and responsibilities

 - Coordinate the creation, planning, and delivery of internal and external events for the school and the Foundation Jeannine Manuel

- Provide detailed planning briefs and manage budgets

- Handle the logistics of the events themselves

- Assist with creating and translating (French/English) both visual and written content

- Assist with administrative tasks including the processing of donations in conjunction with the Fondation de France

- Execute operational tasks such as direct mailings, seating plans, emails, etc…

 

Qualifications and skills

- Master’s degree in events or communications/English studies

- Excellent communication (especially written) skills in English and French

- Strong people skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a team

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, take initiatives, and work independently
