Examinations Assistant
Grade 6 ~ £15,154 - £16,056
Required to support the Examinations Manager in all aspects of examination administration including data entry and organisation of a team of invigilators.
Candidates should be highly organised with a commitment to quality and attention to detail. You must have a good level of education with an administrative background and possess excellent IT, communication and written skills.
Enthusiasm, energy, a sense of humour and the ability to work without supervision are essential.
Hours of work are Monday - Friday 8.30 - 3.30pm (by negotiation), 1443 per annum, mainly term time, but flexibility is essential at key examination periods (7.00am starts and 7.00pm finishes) and attendance is required on results days.
