The Heys School wishes to appoint an enthusiastic, innovative and passionate Exams & Assessments Officer who will provide excellent support to maintain the school’s reporting system and external examination entries including:
· All entries and amendments & dealing directly with exam boards
· Opening and checking exam papers when received,
· Checking correct preparation of rooms prior to exams including access arrangements, applications & arrangements during exams
· Checking all completed exam scripts and responsible for collating and posting to individual markers.
· Checking certificates are correct upon receipt, collating these & preparing for presentation evening.
Applicants should be creative and forward thinking and have the drive and motivation to support the further development of the department and the school & full training is available for the right candidate along continuous professional development opportunities & we welcome applications from Graduate Trainees.
