Exams Officer


We are looking for a full time Exams Officer to work across the College to deliver an excellent service of exams administration which supports College curriculum areas, meets and maintains Awarding Organisation requirements and fulfils learners’ expectations.  

The successful applicant can work with accuracy and administer the correct conditions to ensure successful examination cycles throughout the college calendar including establishing exam timetables, ensuring accurate entries with Awarding Organisations and logging accurate results. This will require strong IT, administration and communication skills. 

You will be responsible for arranging invigilation from the pool of invigilators and liaise with these in preparation for exams.   If you are highly motivated with outstanding organisational skills and an ability to work effectively across college departments, we look forward to hearing from you.
