With over 40,000 enrolments the efficient co-ordination of examinations across the College is a key priority.  We are seeking to recruit a dynamic, organised and enthusiastic person to fill the post and help to take the Department to the next level.  We require a person who is focused on students and their college experience, and who is able to follow structured processes and procedures.

In this post, you will be responsible for an area of exam administration which includes exam entries, exam access arrangements, running of external examinations and the recording of achievements.

You must have a good understanding of administrative systems and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office along with excellent time management skills.  Experience of using a College Management Information System is essential.  You must have good communication skills with the ability to deal with people from a variety of different backgrounds and be a good team player.  Working to tight deadlines is essential with the ability to work well under pressure.  Proven experience in an examination related or further education administrative role is desirable but not essential.

One post is based at our Ardleigh Green  & Rainham sites and the other role is based at our Redbridge site but you will be required to work at our other sites when needed.  Flexibility is essential within this role and some evening work will be required.

Welcome to our Redbridge campuses. We have two campuses in Redbridge – at Chadwell Heath, near to the King George Hospital and at International House, in Ilford town centre.

Students at Redbridge can choose to study a range of vocational qualifications such as BTECs for instance.
