As one of the Executive Assistants, you will act as PA to the Group Managing Director (Commercial) and assist the Clerk to the Governing Body by carrying out administrative tasks as detailed in the Job Description and Person Specification.
You will have proven organisational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of people. You will be educated to GCSE level (or equivalent) and hold a minimum of 5 grade C’s or above, including literacy and numeracy. You will have experience of providing personal assistant and administrative support to senior management in a customer service environment.
This role will require you to communicate with a wide range of stakeholders and provide executive support including diary management, preparing meeting papers and secretarial support. Occasional travel to our other campuses will be required.

Chichester College is a mixed, non-selective, non-denominational, general further education college situated in West Sussex. It is a 16-plus institution with two main sites in Chichester and Pulborough, plus further outreach centres in Bognor Regis, Littlehampton and Worthing. It has links to local employers, most of a small to medium size.
Chichester College of Arts, Science and Technology, as it was formerly known, opened in 1964. Chichester College has been offering work-based training since 1996. It has approximately 10,897 part-time learners and 3,732 full-time students.
