About the Role

As Executive Support to the Chief Information Officer (CIO), you play a key role in the day-to-day operations of their office, providing high-level corporate support and working with a diverse range of stakeholders, including other key executives and their related teams.

The office of the CIO is responsible for all technology across the Archdiocese education system and plays a key role in the implementation of the Archdiocesan Vision for Catholic Schools. The Office of the CIO delivers a broad range of integral services and advice across the system. The Chief Information Officer is a Senior Area Leadership Team member, including the Director of CECG.

Essential Criteria

  • Clearly demonstrated and proven experience as an Executive Assistant/Executive Support Officer/Office Manager or similar within a busy, multifaceted environment.
  • Proven capacity to work individually and as part of a team, delivering quality and valued work in a timely manner and demonstrating strong planning and organisational skills.
  • High-level interpersonal skills with a courteous and collaborative approach and an ability to build positive relationships with external and internal stakeholders. You will have strong communication skills (both oral and written).
  • Professional experience and advanced working knowledge with computer
  • software packages, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Docs.
  • Experience working with operational technology matters would be an advantage.
