Purley Partnership Federation – Comprising Christ Church C of E Primary School & Purley Nursery School

Flanking a park in suburban South London, the two schools that comprise Purley Partnership Federation have their own distinctive characters but also much in common: both are inclusive, nurturing and work hard to help children achieve their full potential. Much of the Executive Head Teacher’s time will be spent at Christ Church C of E Primary School, a voluntary-aided two form Church of England Primary School, as the role involves being Head Teacher of this school. However, the Executive Head Teacher also provides strategic leadership and management at state-maintained Purley Nursery School.

Our children are diverse, make great progress and love coming to school, enjoying the high levels of education and care delivered by committed, capable and hardworking staff. Both schools are very much part of the community within which they sit, aided in particular by close links to the popular and dynamic parish church located just across the road, but also benefiting from supportive governors and parents.

Visits to the schools would normally be encouraged, but this is not appropriate at the time of advertising due to the emergency measures put in place by the government aimed at curbing coronavirus spread. Salary: L18-L24 (£65,689 - £75,564 per annum including Outer London weighting)
