As Executive Headteacher (Secondary) you will have overall responsibility for our secondary schools within the Bromley hub. You will ensure leaders receive the appropriate balance of challenge, support and professional development that facilities both in-house and systematic transformation and crucially, achieves great outcomes for the communities we are so proud to serve.

Working closely with the new CEO, you will shape the learning offer for the region, ensuring that it stretches and inspires each and every student. You’ll work in partnership with leaders to embed a shared culture of outstanding teaching and learning and drive a range of improvement and collaboration initiatives to achieve this in the classroom.

To be successful, you’ll bring a natural talent for inspiring leaders to give their best coupled with a clear understanding of what structures need to be in place to drive rapid and sustained improvement.
