Salary: L15-L21 £59,581 - £68,347 (depending on level of prior experience)
The Governors of Otter Valley Federation are looking to appoint a talented and capable Executive Headteacher, to lead our Federation, from 1st January 2023.
We are a two school Federation, comprised of Feniton and Tipton St John Church of England Primary Schools in East Devon.
The schools have a distinctive Christian ethos based around our Federation’s vision, and individual school values. We work closely with our local learning community and have strong ties with out two local churches. We are true to our school’s Christian vision and this is at the core of school life.
We have a strong and committed staff team who put our children at the heart of all we do, supporting them the be the best they can be. All staff are dedicated to continuously developing their knowledge and practice and this is a particularly strong feature of all areas of the federation.
