We are looking for two Executive Managers who will support our newly appointed Directors of People and Place to deliver transformational change, driving strategies to - place schools at the heart of our communities; make services more community responsive and customer focused; and establish South Ayrshire as a world class tourist, business and life choice destination.
A politically-aware decision maker with significant and consistent achievement at a senior level, your exceptional leadership and communication skills will enable you to operate effectively in the democratic arena. You will have a proven track record of leading and delivering transformational change and continuous improvements in service delivery.
Given the focus on placing schools at the heart of our communities, we would welcome applicants who have significant experience at a senior level in Education.
