The governing body of St Mary’s CE School wish to appoint an experienced and passionate full-time Early Years Foundation Stage Phase Leader who will join our outstanding team in September 2020.

  • Set the highest standards for themselves, and be accountable for the standards of teaching and learning and pupil progress in Early Years Foundation Stage
  • Work successfully in partnership with parents and our community
  • Provide a safe and nurturing environment for our children, promoting their unique gifts
  • Be an excellent classroom practitioner
  • Be reflective and sympathetic to the Christian ethos of the school
