Phase Leader/Class Teacher

Chisenhale is a good school with 350 primary school aged pupils from 3-11 years. We are looking for an Early Years Phase Leader to join our Senior Leadership Team. We are a friendly community school, passionate about developing our children as successful learners, confident individuals and responsible citizens. You will be building on excellent practice in the early years, with the opportunity to develop further this exciting and popular learning community. 

You need to be:

- An outstanding teacher 

- Positive and enthusiastic 

- Capable of inspiring staff in the phase to provide the best opportunities for teaching and learning, so achieving the best outcomes for children

- Experienced in leading either a phase group or a curriculum area

- Confident in your knowledge of the Early Years curriculum, including both the needs of Nursery and Reception children
