Job overview

Are you passionate about early years? We are looking for a brilliant phase leader who already has experience of leadership or is well prepared to take on a phase leader role to lead our reception and nursery provisions and work alongside our committed and enthusiastic EYFS team.

The successful candidate will:

  • Be passionate and knowledgeable about outdoor learning and environment
  • Value inclusion, diversity and equity
  • Be actively engaged with the current educational landscape, research and committed to developing their practice
  • Understand how to build positive relationships with their team, children, families and the whole Henwick community
