The Junior School at Brighton College Al Ain provides outstanding care and education for young children, from Foundation Stage 1 to Year 5.
Applications are warmly welcomed from teachers who wish to be considered for the position of an Early Years teacher. You will who hold a relevant degree, at least two years of teaching experience and have a very clear understanding of the characteristics of outstanding teaching and learning.
We are seeking caring teachers who love working with young children, demonstrate positivity and an excellent team spirit. In particular, we seek individuals who prefer working in a child centred environment, who are used to delivering an emergent curriculum and have experience of the principles of a Reggio Inspired approach. Further, we wish to appoint candidates who understand the importance of personalised learning and the need for EYFS focused assessment for learning strategies to ensure all pupils make excellent progress and optimal attainment.
All members of the teaching staff are expected to take part in our admissions process for new pupils and contribute to the wider community life of Brighton College Al Ain. There are many opportunities for leadership, the right candidate may be invited to apply for a Head of Year position.
