It is a very exciting time for North Cambridge Academy, we are growing in student numbers and expanding our team of pastoral staff. We are seeking a Family Liaison Officer who is passionate about making a difference to the lives of young people.
Responsible directly to the Principal, the post holder is a key member of the team who supports good attendance and attainment of young people who are identified as vulnerable, by working closely with the students, their families and external agencies to remove barriers and promote success.
Initially, the post holder will support the Designated Person for Child Protection with a view to taking on this responsibility in the future. The post holder will be responsible for raising awareness of health and well being and liaising with students staff and agencies to promote this across the school.
