Endeavour Learning Trust are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated Family Support Worker and Safeguarding Manager to work alongside pastoral staff across our partnership of schools.
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
• Exceptional time management
• A clear understanding of statutory safeguarding and guidance.
• The ability to prioritise need and be able to forge collaborative working relationships with colleagues at all levels in the Partnership.
Additionally, you will be familiar with the external support students and their families can draw upon, in order to facilitate access to appropriate intervention. It is essential that you are focused, resilient, adaptable and able to work effectively as part of a wide team, whilst demonstrating meticulous attention to detail in the recording and sharing of information about the well-being of students at the Partnership. You will need to be digitally literate with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
This is a fantastic opportunity and would be suitable for experienced candidates who have worked within a school, social care or community support setting. The Partnership is focused on providing CPD for all staff to help bring about the best outcomes for our students as a result of outstanding professional expertise.
There will be a requirement to conduct home visits and travel to other establishments.

This role is full time, permanent and term time only plus 3 weeks
