Shrewsbury Colleges Group is Shropshire's largest College with 3,250 16-19 year olds, 2,000 adults, 1,200 apprentices and 360 higher education students. We are looking for a self-motivated energetic Fashion Technician with an ability to deliver excellent support for students and staff. The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic, innovative individual and will be joining a dedicated team committed to continuing the development of the Fashion and Textiles area. Experience of working in the further education environment would be advantageous although not essential. Digital skills are essential and it’s expected that the successful candidate would provide workshops for students in CAD including Illustrator and Photoshop. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, hard-working and have excellent organisational skills, be self-motivated and must be prepared to work creatively and professionally to provide an excellent working environment and experience for students.
