Exmouth Community College is seeking to appoint a part-time Finance & Human Resources Assistant to support two very busy teams within the College.  

The Finance & Human Resources Assistant will be predominantly based within the Finance Team (25 hours per week) and will perform IT based and manual financial tasks to support the Director of Finance and Resources, the Finance Manager, Assistant Finance Manager and other staff.  All staff within the Finance Team are expected to operate in a unified and flexible manner to ensure delivery of the full range of tasks in an efficient and effective way.   Particular tasks may be identified for each post, but post holders will be expected to have skills and attributes which will make them capable of performing all the major tasks outlined below, which may change as the priorities of the office demand.

In addition, the Finance & Human Resources Assistant will provide support to the Human Resources Team (5 hours per week).  The post holder will undertake a variety of HR and administrative tasks and assist with the maintenance of accurate records and files.
