FINANCE AND OPERATIONS DIRECTOR
Fairley House School is an independent day school for boys and girls with specific educational needs aged between 5 and 16. Established in 1981, it is located in central London and operates from two sites, which are 15 minutes walk apart. The school aims to transform the lives of its pupils by providing a rich and dynamic education.
To support Fairley House Schools growing numbers and resources it is looking to appoint a Finance and Operations Director. Reporting to the Head and the Board of Governors, they will:
Take responsibility for all financial matters relating to the school and charity
Oversee all non-educational, operational aspects of the school and charity on a day to day and strategic level
Devise and implement strategies to promote and support the school and charitys educational vision, aims and objectives
Manage the schools property and asset base on a day to day basis, and guide the Board on medium and long term risks, opportunities and solutions
