Are you someone who has a keen eye for detail and a passion for providing excellent office administrative support? 


This is an ideal position for term time only admin work, providing support to the School Business Manager in Finance and Personnel matters.


Cherry Lane Primary is a successful, multi-cultural, large three form entry primary school. We are a friendly, caring place of learning in which all children are treated with respect and encouraged to fulfil their potential. 


We are looking for someone who has experience of working in a busy office and is confident in using Microsoft Word and Excel. Some financial/accounts experience is required and an ability to demonstrate high levels of attention to detail.  


Previous school office experience as well as FMS and SIMS knowledge would be preferable but is not essential as training will be provided. 


The successful candidate will be required to; 

  • Input financial data accurately and maintain SIMS personnel records.
  • Work to strict deadlines.
  • Be sensitive to maintaining confidentiality.
  • Be an effective team player.
  • Have excellent written communication and admin skills.
