FTE Salary £17,498 - £18,611 per annum (actual salary £15,367.10 - £16,344.56 per annum)
37.5 hours per week, 40 weeks per annum
We are looking for a flexible, highly effective, efficient and organised Finance Assistant to support our Finance team with the day to day running of finances. You will be responsible for supporting the Finance Manager and Finance Officer.
Core responsibilities will focus primarily on processing and reconciling a range of financial transactions including managing the purchase order process and school trips/payments.
Previous financial administrative experience within a school environment is essential and applicants must demonstrate a good standard of numeracy and literacy. The ideal candidate will have excellent MS office skills e.g. Excel and Word and be a competent user of a range of finance/school specific packages. Knowledge of Sage 50, ParentPay and SIMS would be a distinct advantage but not essential.
