As a Finance Assistant to the College Business Manager, you will support across the College in overseeing all purchasing processing from purchase orders through to payment, and data input into our accounting system, with the aim of providing an effective, efficient and accurate service. A sound knowledge of accounting procedures and an accurate and logical approach are preferred. You must also have clear and effective communication skills and enjoy working in a busy environment with young people. 

The ideal candidate will:

• have experience in a similar capacity.

• Be a confident, organised, pro-active individual who is able to prioritise their time and have the ability to work on their own initiative.

• be enthusiastic and passionate about helping students.

• have excellent inter-personal/networking skills

• have good attention to detail

• have good listening skills.
