42 weeks a year, Term time plus four weeks

Permanent, 22 hours per week, over three/four days negotiable


We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced finance professional to join Waingels. The post provides an excellent opportunity to work within a well-established finance team.

We are seeking an individual with knowledge of accounting processes who can produce and communicate financial information. You should have a degree or professional equivalent qualification in a finance subject and ideally be a management accountant.

You will provide support and guidance to budget holders across the School and produce timely, accurate and relevant financial information to support the Academy Business Manager and Principal. This is a key role. Previous experience in a similar position in a secondary academy is desirable but not essential. However, experience in a similar key role is.
