We are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced Finance Officer with an educational background to join our small friendly team. You will be responsible for managing and maintaining the overall financial and administrative organisation within the office, including overseeing the work of a small team.
The post holder will support and work closely with the Business Manager in providing a high level financial and administrative service to the school and its stakeholders.
You will need to be proactive in providing management information and be an effective communicator; take ownership of new and ongoing projects and have excellent attention to detail. The successful candidate will be professional in their approach, show discretion and confidentiality, be self- motivated, able to problem solve effectively and work on their own initiative.
The salary scale is the Local Authority's Grade 7 (£22,401 - £25,463 per annum). This position is term time plus one week, details of which will be discussed at interview.
