As the largest primary school in the country, we are excited to be recruiting for a variety of roles to meet the needs of our continued expansion. Following on from our recent successful Ofsted judgement (November 2018) we are seeking ambitious values driven professionals who are willing to work with us in our expansion and support us in driving forward the agenda for social equality and excellent provision for our children.
We require an additional professional finance administrator to work in the Business team currently located in our Wokingham office (Molly Millar’s Lane), who will deliver effective finance assistance to the Director of Finance, as part of the successful finance team. The whole business team will relocate to Slough before the end of the Summer 2020 to be better able to support both school campuses based in Slough.
The successful candidate will assist with the administration of all aspects of the purchase ledger payments and reconciliation, monthly report generation to budget holders, and maintenance of the sales ledger.
The role will be working alongside our Business Operations Manager, and assistance with contract management and procurement will form part of the role, however full training will be provided.
You will need the ability to prioritise workload, often working to tight deadlines and establish and maintain good relationships with all staff to ensure confidence in the delivery of the service.
The role would suit someone with an ‘attention to detail’ approach to their workload, and a good sense of humour, to enhance our vibrant team.
For further information, email: recruitment@claycots.slough.sch.uk or contact our HR Officer, Sarah Pepperdine at the Wokingham Office on 0118 207 0421.

Closing date: Midday, Monday 21 January 2019

Interviews: Monday 28 January 2019 at our Wokingham Office
Applicants will be required to demonstrate their commitment to promoting and safeguarding the welfare of children and young people in line with Claycots’s policies and procedures. A satisfactory Enhanced DBS disclosure is required for this role. The school will request references before interview.
