Job overview

We are looking to appoint a Finance Officer to work within the school administration team, the role will focus on financial administration and support the School Business Manager.

About You

You are an individual with good stakeholder management and a can-do attitude. You have previous experience in a finance-based role, excellent organisation skills and attention to detail. You are comfortable working in a busy environment where no two days are the same, where you will be expected to work collaboratively and independently to meet the needs of the school.

Experience in a school environment is not essential but, like everyone at Woolmore, you would exemplify our mission that all children can achieve success.

Our vibrant school has been on a journey in recent years growing from a 1-form entry to a 3-form entry school with a state of art building we are proud of. We pride ourselves on being a happy and inclusive school.

The School Office and Administration team is an important function of the school. Often the first face and/or voice our families and visitors will encounter. The team oversees a wide range of functions from finance, HR, admissions, attendance and more.

Woolmore has been on an exciting journey in recent years, transitioning from a one-form entry Victorian School to a three-form entry school in a modern building.
